Know what to bring, before you visit
Save a trip back home — here's exactly what's needed for our most common processes.
Signed application forms are issued and completed in person at your branch, so every application is verified correctly. The checklists below tell you exactly what to bring so the whole process takes one visit, not two.
Becoming a Member
What to bring when you open your membership and first Savings Account.
- Valid photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID or Passport)
- Address proof (Aadhaar, utility bill or rent agreement)
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Entrance fee (₹10) and at least 1 share (₹100)
- Nominee details, if you'd like to add one
Fixed / Recurring Deposit
In addition to your membership KYC, have these ready to open a deposit.
- Existing membership / CIF number, if already a member
- PAN card (required above the threshold set by the Society)
- Deposit amount or monthly instalment amount decided in advance
- Nominee details
Loan Application
Exact requirements vary by loan type and amount — your branch will confirm the final list.
- Membership / CIF number
- Proof of income or business (salary slips, ITR, business proof)
- Purpose of loan, in your own words
- Security documents where applicable (gold, property, NSC/KVP, guarantor details)
- Bank statements for the last 6 months, if available
Locker Facility
For members applying for a safe-deposit locker, subject to availability.
- Membership / CIF number
- Address proof
- Nominee details
- Refundable security deposit as set by the branch
